Registration Fees Must Be Paid Prior to Evaluations

All outstanding registration fees MUST be paid in full prior to a player participating in evaluations. Players with outstanding fees will not be permitted to take part in evaluations until their account has been brought up to date. Please take a moment to confirm that your registration fees have been paid before your player’s first evaluation ice time.

We understand that the start of the hockey season can be an expensive time of year for families, and IMHA is here to help. If you require a payment arrangement, please contact our Treasurer at indusminorhockey.treasurer@gmail.com prior to the start of your player’s evaluations. Arrangements must be made in advance so your player can be noted as being in good standing and eligible to participate in their evaluation ice time.

U16 Players – IMHA U18 Evaluations Are Required

All U16-aged players MUST participate in IMHA’s U18 evaluations, including players who are registered to evaluate for the U16 Tier 1 Regional Team.

Participation in the U16 Tier 1 Regional Team evaluation process does not replace the requirement to attend IMHA U18 evaluations. This is important to ensure we have evaluation results for all players and can move forward with team formation once the U16 Tier 1 roster is finalized.

Evaluators Needed for U9 & U11

A huge thank you to everyone who has already volunteered to assist with evaluations. Evaluators are critical to making the process successful, and we greatly appreciate those who are willing to donate their time and hockey knowledge.

We are still looking for additional evaluators, particularly for U9 and U11. Remember, volunteers may NOT evaluate an age group in which they have a child participating.

Goalie Evaluation Sessions

Dedicated goalie evaluation sessions are scheduled as follows:

U11/U13: Monday, September 21 | 6:30–7:45 p.m.
U15/U18: Friday, September 25 | 7:00–8:15 p.m.

Please ensure your goalie attends the session scheduled for their age division.

Team Announcement Timelines

We know players and families will be eager to find out team placements as soon as evaluations are complete. Please keep in mind that team formation is dependent on several outside factors, including the finalization of AA rosters and the new U16 Tier 1 Regional Team roster.

These timelines will have the greatest impact on our U18 team formation. At this time, we do not anticipate being able to finalize and announce U18 rosters until the first week of October.

We appreciate everyone’s patience while these processes are completed. Our goal is to ensure team formation is done accurately and with the most complete information available.
