2024 IMHA Annual General Meeting

Hello IMHA families,

The 2024 IMHA AGM will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 6 pm at the Bill Herron Arena meeting room with the board meeting to follow.

The 2023 AGM minutes have been posted here for review.

Nominations are now open for the following board positions for voting at the AGM. If you are interested, or know someone that you would like to nominate, please fill out the linked nomination forms. All nominations do require the nominee to sign and accept the nomination.

The following board positions are available for the 2024/2025 IMHA board:

President - 2 year term
Secretary - 2 year term
Treasurer - 1 Year term*
Webmaster - 2 year term
Director of Hockey Development - Coaching Coordinator - 2 year term **
Director of Fundraising - 2 year term
Director of Equipment - 2 year term
Director of Intro to Hockey - 2 year term
Director of Ice Scheduling - 1 year term*
Director of Tournaments - 1 year term*
CAHL League Director - 1 year term*
CAHL Governor (2) - 1 year term

*Mid-Term Change
** In addition to the nomination form, applicants must also complete the Hockey Development Application.

All nomination forms need to be sent to the IMHA President at president@indusminorhockey.com no later than May 1, 2024.
